Losing weight and getting healthy is no accident. You need a systematic approach, and that's what my coaching offers.
Basically, you and I will talk about your situation and your goals. Then I'll come up with a program for you to follow. The primary focus will be your diet and your lifestyle, and we will check in at least once a week to track your progress and your compliance. If things aren't working, we'll change them.
Although I can't guarantee any particular results, here's why my coaching works...
With weekly calls and email access, you have my full attention. That means you'll get your questions answered, but you'll also have a level of accountability and motivation that you won't otherwise have. Above all else, this is what will make the biggest difference for you.
Unlike a book or course, I will not give you the same approach that I give to somebody else. A lot of the principles will be the same, since I know what works, but the details will be based on your body, your goals, your preferences, and your lifestyle. If you don't like particular foods or have sensitivites, then we'll work around that. And when something isn't working, we'll change it so that it does.
Sticking to a plan is the hardest part. Luckily, it's the part I'm best at helping you with. You and I will work together to find your inner motivation. But more importantly, we'll build habits into your life that make losing weight effortless.
Accountability is the biggest benefit of almost any coaching, apart from my experience and knowledge. I'll do everything I can to keep you on track. And this may come as a surprise to you, but I will end your coaching and refund your fees if I feel like you're not taking it seriously.

There are 2 things that make my coaching different and that will help you get the weight-loss results you're looking for.
First, I focus ONLY on the things that matter. I've spent a lot of my life doing things that made very little difference for my body and health. It's frustrating, and I won't allow you to do the same thing. Focusing on 2-3 things that make huge differences is both easier and more effective for losing weight.
Second, I'm committed entirely to excellence. A lot of people say similar things, but I'm obsessed with excellence. That means I'll hold you to a high standard but also that I'll do absolutely everything in my power to get you results. Having someone on your side in that way is incredibly powerful.
To be completely honest, many things are the same as other weight loss coaching programs. I'm going to focus on what you're eating and on aspects of your lifestyle (sleep, fitness, etc.). Barring some amazing technological advance, those are the things that make a difference for everybody.
In the end, I have created a system that I adapt to every individual. The core principles stay the same, but the application differs from one person to another.
No. Many of the folks who get the best results are actually in their 50s and 60s. Nobody is too old to lose weight or to get healthier.

My weight-loss coaching is for people who are absolutely serious about getting results in the shortest time possible. That definitely includes both men and women.
Both men and women get results from my coaching. However, that doesn't mean I'm the right coach for everybody. To be the best coach, I'm completely honest and blunt with you, which is something that not everybody is ready for.
No. I don't suggest that you eat any particular foods.
When you and I work together, I'll come up with a specific plan that suits your preferences, sensitivities, and goals. It won't include foods you don't want to eat. And if you feel that you must have certain foods, then we'll work those foods in.
At a minimum, I'm going to suggest that you stick to a low-inflammatory diet. Cutting out processed foods in particular is simply healthier, and it makes weight loss a lot easier - both physically and psychologically. But if you don't want to stick to it 100%, then we'll figure out what works for your life and your body.
The one thing I require from you is complete honesty. You can't eat a donut and not tell me about it. Hiding things from me makes it impossible to create and modify a program that actually works for you.
Injuries, food sensitives, and even illnesses are not a problem at all. When you and I talk, we'll discuss those issues, and I'll come up with a plan that works around any limitations you have.
Two very important points:
First, if you're dealing with an injury or health condition, you MUST follow any instructions that your doctor or other healthcare professional gives you. I am not a doctor, and I don't pretend to be. I don't have that training, and I don't know everything that needs to be considered for an illness or injury.
Second, you must tell me about any injuries, illnesses, sensitivities, and even preferences. I can't possibly help you plan around those things unless I know about them.
Like everything else, you and I will figure out what works for you when it comes to exercise. We'll create a program that fits your abilities, your time, and your preferences.
There is no amount of exercise that is required. And you certainly don't need to go to a gym if you don't want to.
I can guarantee you that your program will include some form of exercise, even if it's just a certain amount of walking. Although you can lose weight without exercise, it's harder and you typically lose too much muscle (rather than fat).
Payment is month-by-month. When you and I decide to work together, I'll send you a secure, online payment form to complete, and you'll be charged monthly for each month you and I work together.
As noted above, if you wish to cancel at any time, you just let me know, and I will cancel all future payments.
However, please remember that I require a 3-month commitment when you start working with me. This is because I only choose to work with people who are committed to a period of time long enough to get the results that you deserve.
