Ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, salt, baking soda, coconut oil, honey, eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, bananas, blueberries.
The folks at Swiss Paleo found this to be the perfect recipe when they tired of eating eggs for breakfast. It’s a sweet, hearty and healthy treat that includes my all-time favorite nut: the pecan!
Ingredients: almond flour, arrowroot or tapioca flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, coconut milk, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, raisins (optional), cinnamon, salt, butter or coconut oil, honey, honey, pecans.

Seeing as she is the Coconut Mama, if you’re a fan of coconut as well, you can’t go wrong with this coffee cake that includes coconut flour, coconut oil, and coconut palm sugar. Yum!
This very straightforward recipe requires mixing the dry ingredients, mixing the wet ingredients, and then mixing it all together and popping it in the oven. It’s hard to go wrong here.
Chia seeds and sweet apple sauce make this blueberry coffee cake extra healthy and moist.
Made with a base of hazelnut flour, this coffee cake actually uses chopped walnuts for the crumble.
