Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced small and pan fried in olive oil and salt
  • 1 small cauliflower, broken into florets and food processed into small pieces
  • 1 cucumber, diced small
  • 1 red pepper, diced small
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
