Ingredients
- 1 lb of plums, pitted and chopped – approx. 2 cups
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 Tablespoon tamari soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the plums, onion, and garlic into a blender.
- Blend well.
- Place the blended sauce into a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add in the rest of the spices and condiments to taste. Stir well.
- Serve with your favorite meats.
