Instructions

  1. Make sure the blender or food processor doesn’t have water or oil in it.
  2. Place raw cashews into the blender or food processor and blend well until a fine flour forms (usually under 20 seconds).

Notes

1 cup of raw cashews will make approximately 1.5 cups of cashew flour
