If you prefer a stronger tea, you can boil the ingredients in a saucepan. You can also brew a larger amount in one go. You can also make this into an iced tea by waiting for the tea to cool and then adding ice to it. For a caffeinated version of this, use black tea instead of boiling water.

  • 1 cup (240 ml) boiling water
  • 1/2 lemon, cut 3 slices and then squeeze the rest of the juice into the cup
  • 3 thin slices of ginger
  • Honey to taste

  1. Place all the ingredients into a cup.
  2. Steep for 5 minutes.
