Ingredients
- 2 small sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup water
- Ghee to eat with
Instructions
- Poke some holes into each sweet potato with a knife and place the sweet potatoes in a large microwaveable bowl with 1/4 cup of water at the bottom.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes at a time. Check on how soft the sweet potatoes are and make sure there’s water left in the bowl. Keep microwaving until the sweet potatoes are soft (approx. 6-10 minutes).
- Serve with the ghee.
