These no-bake chocolate bites couldn’t be easier to make.
- In a small bowl over hot water, melt the chocolate pieces and the coconut oil together.
- Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the shredded coconut and chopped almonds.
- Use a tablespoon measuring spoon to scoop out the mixture onto a parchment paper lined plate or tray. Make sure you press down the mixture into the spoon so that it packs down before flipping mixture out onto the tray.
- Place the plate or tray into the freezer to set for 2 hours.
