  1. Cut the racks of lamb into individual lamb chops.
  2. Combine the cumin powder, paprika, chili powder, and salt.
  3. Dip each lamb chop into the mixture.
  4. Start the grill and place on the lowest temperature.
  5. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for 5 minutes with the lid down. Don’t let the temperature inside the grill go above 350F.
  6. Then flip the lamb chops every 2-3 minutes until done to the level you enjoy.
