  1. Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and vinegar together, then slowly drizzle in the warm, melted ghee. Whisk well until combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, and use a wooden spoon to combine well. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Divide the mixture into 4 equal-sized portions. Shape into a circle and place onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Use a small spoon or apple corer to make a hole in the center. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds over.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
