Recipe adapted from The Paleo Kitchen by George Bryant and Juli Bauer
- 4 lb pork shoulder or butt
- 1/2–3/4 cup (80g) cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- salt to taste
- Make sure all the pork fits into the slow cooker (cut up the meat if you need to).
- Cover the meat with the cajun seasoning and place into the slow cooker.
- Add the 1/2 cup of water into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Cook for 10 hours on low.
- Add salt to taste when you shred the pork.
- Serving Size: 1/2 lb pork
