Paleo Turkey Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 13 oz of ground turkey (360 g)
  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil (30 ml)
  • 4 slices of bacon (112 g)
  • 1/2 large avocado, sliced (100 g)
  • 2 slices tomato (45 g)
  • 2 Tablespoons of paleo mayo (30 ml)
  • Lettuce, to serve
  • Parsley, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Season the ground turkey and divide into halves. Form two large burger patties from each half.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and grill the patties until golden on both sides. Transfer the patties to an oven tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, grill the bacon until crispy, and set aside.
  5. Serve the turkey burgers topped with a slice of tomato, sliced avocado, and crispy bacon. Add a dollop of Paleo mayo and garnish with parsley.
