I love super easy recipes that are also delicious and nutritious of course! And this simple fish and leek saute meets all those criteria. If you’re not currently eating much fish, then give this recipe a try. If you’re scared of cooking fish because you haven’t done it much, then don’t worry, it’s hard to mess up this dish!
This recipe is also great in that it works for a variety of diets (gluten-free, Paleo, AIP, Keto/low-carb, Whole30, as well as pescetarian).

Step 1:
Add the avocado oil to a frying pan and add in the chopped leeks.
Step 2:
Add the freshly grated ginger into the pan. This helps to add a lot of flavor.
Step 3:
When the leeks start to soften, add in the diced fish (these go in last because they cook fast).
Step 4:
Saute until the fish isn’t translucent anymore and starts to flake.
Step 5:
Add in the gluten-free tamari soy sauce or coconut aminos and salt to taste.
