A flavorful treat of a burger.
Ingredients
- 2 lb (900 g) ground chicken
- 4 slices of bacon, finely diced
- 1/4 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 Tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 4 Tablespoons (60 ml) of avocado oil, to cook with
Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, bacon, onion, garlic, and parsley. Form small patties from the mixture.
- Fry the patties in the avocado oil in batches. Make sure the burgers are fully cooked.
- Serve with guacamole or some mango salsa.
