Paleo Chicken Bacon Burgers

Description

A flavorful treat of a burger.


Ingredients

  • 2 lb (900 g) ground chicken
  • 4 slices of bacon, finely diced
  • 1/4 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 Tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons (60 ml) of avocado oil, to cook with

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, bacon, onion, garlic, and parsley. Form small patties from the mixture.
  2. Fry the patties in the avocado oil in batches.  Make sure the burgers are fully cooked.
  3. Serve with guacamole or some mango salsa.
