10-Minute Paleo Cinnamon Raisin Toast Recipe
This is a quick and easy Paleo cinnamon raisin toast recipe. It’s perfect as a delicious snack. In fact, the main thing you have to watch out for is not eating it too much! It’s pretty addictive especially if you spread some ghee on it.
10-Minute Paleo Cinnamon Raisin Toast Recipe
Step 1:
Place the coconut oil (melt it if the oil isn’t liquid) into a microwaveable mug.
Step 2:
Add the almond flour, salt, and whey protein powder to the mug. The whey protein makes the resulting cinnamon raisin bread lighter, but if you don’t have access to it or don’t want to use any dairy products, then use coconut flour or arrowroot flour instead.
Step 3:
Add the powdered cinnamon and ground ginger into the mug.
Step 4:
Add in the raisins and baking powder to the mug.
Step 5:
Add in the honey.
Step 6:
Lastly, add in the egg.
Step 7:
Use a fork to mix everything together in the mug. It should form a thin mixture.
Step 8:
Place mug into the microwave and microwave on high (900 W) for 90 seconds.
Step 9:
It will look like this when it comes out of the microwave.
Step 10:
Slice the cake into 4 thin round slices. Toast in the oven (preheated to 400 F) or toaster oven. Enjoy with some ghee and a cup of tea.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mug.
- Place mug into microwave and microwave for 90 seconds on high (900 W).
- Let cool for a few minutes and pop out of the mug.
- Slice into 4 thin slices and toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
- Enjoy with some ghee.
