Slow Cooker Chicken Adobo Recipe [Paleo, Keto]

Ingredients

  • 1012 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 onion, chopped into slices
  • 10 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup gluten-free tamari soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion for garnish
  • 1 head of cauliflower to make cauliflower rice with (recipe here)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken drumsticks, onion, garlic, tamari sauce, and vinegar into your slow cooker for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender.
  2. Serve on top of cauliflower rice. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish.
