- 10–12 chicken drumsticks
- 1 onion, chopped into slices
- 10 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup gluten-free tamari soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion for garnish
- 1 head of cauliflower to make cauliflower rice with (recipe here)
- Place chicken drumsticks, onion, garlic, tamari sauce, and vinegar into your slow cooker for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Serve on top of cauliflower rice. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish.
