STEP 1: Place the juice into a small pot on the stove.

STEP 2: Heat on medium heat until the liquid starts to simmer.

STEP 3: Stir in the gelatin powder (adding a small amount at a time) until it’s all dissolved. Use a strainer to strain the liquid to remove any lumps that might have formed.

STEP 4: Pour into silicone molds (ice cube trays work well) and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • 56 Tablespoons gelatin powder

Can I not use regular gelatins powder (like Knox) for these? Also, will coconut water also work instead of juice?
